What is Permanent Resident?
There is no limitation on the activity and the period of stay after a foreigner
acquires this visa.
Also after getting this visa he/she dosen’t need to extend his/her visa,
but still needs Re-entry permit.
Basically the applicant must have stayed in Japan over 10 years, but in some visa status or in some specific situation it is relaxed. And the applicant must have stable financial background to acquires this visa.
